Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 28, 2026
This policy explains how Addressable Market Advisory LLC ("Addressable", "we", "us") handles personal information collected through addressable.co, our booking page at book.addressable.co and email sent to us. We are a business-to-business consultancy based in Chicago, Illinois.
This policy does not cover information we handle for clients under a signed agreement. That agreement governs client information.
The short version
- We collect only what you send us, plus basic technical data needed to run the site.
- We use it to reply to you, schedule calls and keep the site working and secure.
- We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for advertising.
- We do not use advertising pixels, third-party trackers or marketing cookies.
- You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by writing to [email protected].
Who we are
Addressable Market Advisory LLC, an Illinois limited liability company.
Contact: [email protected]
Mailing address: Addressable Market Advisory LLC, c/o Northwest Registered Agent Service, Inc., 2501 Chatham Rd Ste N, Springfield, IL 62704
For the purposes of EU and UK data protection law, we are the controller of the personal information described here.
What we collect and why
1. Contact form
What we collect: your name, work email, company and your message.
How it works: when you press Send, a Cloudflare Pages Function delivers your message to [email protected]. Cloudflare Email Routing forwards it to our Google mailbox, where it is stored.
Why: to read your message, reply to you and follow up on your inquiry. We do not add you to a mailing list because you used the form.
2. Booking a call (book.addressable.co)
What we collect: your name, email address, any notes you choose to add, the time you pick and your time zone.
How it works: our booking page runs on scheduling software we host ourselves, based on Cal.com. It runs on Vercel and stores booking records in a Neon Postgres database. Each booking also creates a calendar invitation in our Google Calendar, with a Google Meet link for the call. The system sends you confirmation emails.
Why: to schedule, confirm and hold the call, and to prepare for it.
3. Email you send us
What we collect: whatever you include in an email to [email protected] or [email protected], such as your name, email address, signature details, message and attachments.
How it works: email to [email protected] passes through Cloudflare Email Routing and is stored in our Google mailbox. Email to [email protected] is received in the same Google mailbox.
Why: to read and reply to your email and to carry on any business discussion that follows.
4. Site analytics
What we collect: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and measure page performance. Cloudflare states that this service does not use cookies or local storage for analytics and does not track visitors over time by IP address or browser details. The reports we see do not identify individual visitors.
Why: to understand which pages are useful and to fix performance problems.
5. Technical and security data
What we collect: when you visit our site or booking page, our hosting providers (Cloudflare for the main site, Vercel for the booking page) process technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. This is how a web page is delivered to your device. It is also used to block attacks and abuse. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies for this purpose.
Why: to deliver the site to you and to keep it secure.
Newsletter
We do not offer a newsletter at this time. If we offer a newsletter, it will be opt-in, with a way to unsubscribe in every message.
Please do not send sensitive information
Please do not send us sensitive personal information, such as government ID numbers, financial account details or health information, through the form, booking notes or email.
Legal bases (for visitors in the EU and UK)
If EU or UK data protection law applies to you, we rely on these legal bases:
| Activity | Legal basis |
|---|---|
| Replying to contact form messages and emails | Our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries. Where you ask about working with us, also steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. |
| Booking and holding a call | Steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in managing our schedule. |
| Site analytics | Our legitimate interest in understanding how our site is used, in a way that does not identify you. |
| Security and technical data | Our legitimate interest in keeping the site and our systems secure. |
| Keeping records where the law requires | Compliance with a legal obligation. |
| A future newsletter, if offered | Your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by unsubscribing. |
You do not have to give us any information. If you do not give your name and email address, we cannot reply to your message or book a call with you.
Your right to object: where we rely on legitimate interests, you can object at any time. Write to [email protected]. We will stop unless we have a compelling reason to continue, or we need the information for a legal claim.
Who we share it with
We use the service providers listed below to run the site and our business. Each provider (Cloudflare, Vercel, Neon, Google and Resend) processes this information under its own published terms and privacy policy. We do not sell it.
| Provider | What it does for us |
|---|---|
| Cloudflare | Hosts the main site, runs the contact form function, routes email and provides cookieless analytics and security |
| Vercel | Hosts the booking page |
| Neon | Hosts the database that stores booking records |
| Stores our email and calendar | |
| Resend | Sends booking emails (confirmations, reschedules, cancellations and reminders); it processes your name, email address and booking details to deliver them |
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale, merger or reorganization of our business. In that last case, we would require the new owner to honor this policy for information collected under it.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
International transfers
We are based in the United States. Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries; each describes its safeguards for international transfers in its own published terms. If you write to us from the EU or UK, your information will be transferred to the United States. You can ask us for details at [email protected].
How long we keep it
| Information | How long |
|---|---|
| Contact form messages and emails, if no engagement follows | 24 months after our last exchange, then deleted |
| Booking records in our booking database | 24 months after the scheduled call, then deleted |
| Calendar events created by bookings | 24 months after the scheduled call, then deleted |
| Correspondence with clients and prospective clients we work with | For the length of the relationship, plus as long as the law or our contracts require |
| Analytics data | Kept by Cloudflare in aggregate form under its own retention settings. It does not identify you. |
| Technical and security logs | Kept by our hosting providers under their own retention settings |
| Unsubscribe records for any future newsletter | Kept as long as needed to make sure we do not email you again |
We may keep information longer if we need it to resolve a dispute or meet a legal requirement.
Your choices and rights
Anyone can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy
- correct information that is wrong
- delete your information
Write to [email protected]. We may need to confirm your identity before we act on a request. We aim to respond within one month. If a request is complex, we may need up to two more months, and we will tell you why. We will not charge you for a reasonable request.
If you are in the EU or UK, you also have these rights: to restrict our use of your information, to object to it (see above), to receive your information in a portable format, and to withdraw consent where we rely on consent. You can complain to your local data protection authority. In the UK, that is the Information Commission, which replaced the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). We would appreciate the chance to address your concern first.
California residents: the California Consumer Privacy Act applies only to businesses that meet certain size or data thresholds. We do not currently meet them. We still honor the requests listed above. We do not sell or share personal information as that law defines those terms.
Cookies, analytics and Do Not Track
Our main site does not use cookies for analytics, advertising or marketing. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies to protect the site from attacks. Cloudflare describes these cookies as strictly necessary. The booking page at book.addressable.co uses only the cookies and local storage that the scheduling app needs to work (for example, session security and preferences). It sets no analytics or advertising cookies and loads no third-party trackers.
We have not added advertising networks or other third-party trackers that follow your activity across websites. Because we do not track visitors across sites, we do not change how we handle data when your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.
Children
Our site is for business professionals. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, write to [email protected] and we will delete it.
Security
We use established providers to host the site and store information, and every page is served over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Only the people at Addressable who need personal information can access it. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee the security of information you send us. If a security breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and the authorities as the law requires.
Links to other sites
Our site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for how those sites handle your information. Please read their privacy policies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top. If we make a significant change to how we use personal information, we will post a clear notice on this page before the change takes effect.
