Terms of Use
Effective date: October 28, 2026
These terms cover your use of addressable.co and the booking page at book.addressable.co (together, the "site"). Please read them. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Who we are
The site is run by Addressable Market Advisory LLC, an Illinois limited liability company based in Chicago. In these terms, "Addressable," "we," "us" and "our" mean that company. "You" means the person using the site. If you use the site for a company, "you" also means that company.
Addressable is a business-to-business consultancy. We work on go-to-market strategy, commercial operations and AI enablement.
2. What these terms cover, and what they do not
These terms apply only to the site. That means browsing its pages, using the contact form, booking a call through the booking page, and writing to the email addresses shown on the site.
These terms do not govern client work. Each client engagement is covered by a separate written agreement that both parties sign. If a signed agreement conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement controls.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. It is a separate document.
3. Using the site
The site is for business visitors. It is not directed to children.
You may use the site to learn about our services and to contact us. Please do not:
- break the law or anyone else's rights when you use the site;
- try to get into parts of the site, its hosting or the booking system that are not open to you;
- interfere with the site, overload it, or try to get around its security;
- use bots, scrapers or other automated tools to copy the site in bulk or to make bookings;
- send spam, malware, or false or misleading information through the contact form or the booking page;
- pretend to be someone else, or book a call for someone without their permission;
- copy or use our content in a way these terms do not allow.
We may limit or block access to the site, or cancel a booking, if we reasonably believe someone is breaking these terms.
4. General information, not advice
The content on the site is general information about go-to-market work. It is not tailored to you or your company.
Some of our content touches on financial services, payments, fintech, digital assets and stablecoins. Nothing on the site is legal, regulatory, compliance, tax, accounting, financial or investment advice. Nothing on the site recommends buying, selling or holding any security, digital asset or other financial product. Nothing on the site is an offer or solicitation for any financial product.
Do not rely on the site to make legal, regulatory, financial or investment decisions. Talk to a qualified professional who knows your situation.
Using the site, sending a message or booking a call does not create a client, advisory, fiduciary or other professional relationship with us.
Descriptions of our services explain the kind of work we do. They are not a promise of any result. We do not promise any particular introduction, pilot, deal, revenue or outcome.
5. Sample and illustrative content
Some content on the site is illustrative. This includes sample articles, sample pipelines, figures, charts and diagrams. Where content is marked as a sample or as fictional, the companies, people, figures and data in it are made up. Diagrams may show order or concept rather than measured sizes. Any resemblance to a real company or person is not intended.
Illustrative content shows how we think about a problem. It does not describe a real client, a real result, or a result you should expect.
6. Booking a call
The booking page lets you pick a time for an introductory call with us. When you book, you give us your name, your email, the time and time zone you choose, and any notes you choose to add. We use these details to set up and confirm the call, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Booking a call does not create an engagement, a contract for services, or any obligation for either side to work together. An engagement starts only when both parties sign a written agreement.
We may decline, move or cancel a booking. We will try to tell you if we do. You can cancel or reschedule a booking using the link in your confirmation email, or by writing to [email protected].
7. What you send us
Please keep what you send through the contact form, booking notes or email to what we need for a first conversation. Do not send confidential information, trade secrets or material non-public information until we have a signed agreement that covers it. Without such an agreement, we cannot treat what you send as confidential.
You confirm that you have the right to share what you send us. You keep any rights you have in it. You allow us to use it to reply to you, to prepare for a call, and to run our business as described in our Privacy Policy.
If you send ideas or feedback about the site or our services, we may use them without owing you anything.
8. Emails from us
When you contact us or book a call, you agree that we may reply to you by email, including booking confirmations and, where enabled, a reminder before the call. If we offer a newsletter, it will be opt-in, with a way to unsubscribe in every message.
9. Intellectual property
We own, or have permission to use, the content on the site. This includes:
- the Addressable name and logo, and other brand marks;
- the graphics, illustrations, diagrams and charts;
- the design system, including layouts, color palettes, typography choices and interface components;
- the text, articles and other written content.
These are protected by trademark, copyright and other laws.
You may view the site and print or save pages for your own internal business reference. You may share links to the site. You may quote short passages with credit to Addressable and a link to the source page.
Otherwise, you may not copy, change, republish, sell or build on our content, graphics or design system without our written permission. You may not use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you or are connected to you.
Some parts of the site, including the booking page, use third-party or open-source software. That software is licensed under its own terms. These terms do not claim ownership of it.
10. Copyright concerns
The site does not publish content from visitors. If you believe something on the site infringes your copyright, write to [email protected]. Please say what the work is, where it appears on the site, and how to reach you. We will review it and remove or fix material that we find infringes.
11. Links to other sites
The site may link to other websites. The booking system and its confirmation emails may also involve services run by other companies, such as calendar and email providers. We do not control other websites and are not responsible for their content or practices. A link is not an endorsement. Please read the terms and privacy notices of any site you visit.
12. Disclaimers
We provide the site "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promises of any kind about the site, express or implied. This includes any implied promises of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement.
We try to keep the site accurate and working. We do not promise that the site, or any content on it, is complete, current or free of errors. We do not promise that the site or the booking page will always be available, or free of viruses or other harmful code. We may change or remove content at any time without notice.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses, or for any lost profits, revenue, business, data or goodwill, arising from or related to the site or these terms. This applies even if we were told such losses were possible.
- Our total liability for all claims arising from or related to the site or these terms is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100).
These limits apply whatever the legal theory, whether contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise.
These limits do not apply to liability that the law does not allow us to limit, such as liability for fraud or for intentional misconduct. These limits apply only to the site. They do not change anything in a signed client agreement.
14. Indemnity
If you break these terms, misuse the site, or send us material you had no right to send, and a third party makes a claim against us as a result, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs from that claim, including reasonable legal fees. This applies only to the extent the claim is caused by your breach or misuse. We will tell you about the claim promptly and let you take part in handling it.
15. Governing law and where disputes are heard
The laws of the State of Illinois govern these terms and any dispute about the site, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Any dispute about the site or these terms will be heard only in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois. You and we agree to the jurisdiction of those courts. Either party may still ask any court with jurisdiction for an order to stop misuse of its intellectual property.
Nothing in these terms takes away any right you have under a law that cannot be waived by agreement.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the effective date at the top. Changes apply from that date and do not reach back to earlier use of the site. If you keep using the site after a change, the updated terms apply to that use.
17. General
If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, that part will be limited or removed only as far as needed, and the rest stays in effect. If we do not enforce a part of these terms right away, we do not give up the right to enforce it later. You may not transfer your rights under these terms. We may transfer ours to a company that takes over the site. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement about your use of the site. Section headings are for convenience only.
